I am disturbed, in fact distressed, by the level of theft of public resources in the County Government of Kitui. We must confront this theft with everything we have but without malice. Where on earth would anyone pay Sh3.9m to transfer filing cabinets from one office to another? Those telling me to shut up are asking for too much from me. Sitakimya!! And I do not want ANYONE to tell me how to do my job. I have read and perfectly understood my constitutional role as the elected Senator of Kitui County.
